Refund Policy

All sales are final — no refunds

There are absolutely no refunds on any part of the TaxTyme Pro Solutions webinar, including digital products, templates, events, or memberships. All sales are final once payment is completed, and no refund, credit, or exchange will be issued for any reason.

By completing your purchase or registration, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing immediate access to digital content and live events, that access is provided at the time of purchase or release, and that you waive any right to a refund under this policy.

Digital products and templates

Digital products and template libraries (such as the TaxTyme 3-Day Workbook and the Tax Launch Box) are delivered electronically and are non-refundable. Because these materials are digital and delivered immediately upon release, no refunds will be issued once payment is completed.

Events and webinars

All webinar and event registrations are non-refundable. If you miss a live session, you remain responsible for the full purchase or registration amount. Paid access does not guarantee attendance, results, or business outcomes. Free event registrations require no payment and therefore no refund.

Memberships

Membership and coaching programs (including the ERO Inner Circle and related tiers) are non-refundable. Access continues for the term you purchased, and no prorated, partial, or full refunds will be issued for cancellations, unused time, or non-participation. You may cancel future renewals at any time, but no refund is provided for the current period.

Event changes

If TaxTyme Pro Solutions reschedules or materially changes an event, registered participants will be notified and offered the rescheduled session in place of the original. This does not create a refund right.
