Seller and acceptance

These terms are between you and TaxTyme Pro Solutions (contact: rebecca@taxtymeprosolutions.com). By accessing or using this website, registering for events, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Payment processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”). When you place an order, your payment details are collected and processed by Stripe; TaxTyme Pro Solutions does not store your full card number. Charges on your statement may reference Stripe or TaxTyme Pro Solutions. All sales are final and non-refundable in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Our services

We provide live and recorded tax-business trainings (including the TaxTyme Pro 3-Day Tax Business Launch), memberships (ERO Builder, ERO Inner Circle, ERO Elite, ERO VIP), digital workbooks, the Tax Launch Box, templates, and related resources.

Not tax, legal, or financial advice

Our content is educational and does not constitute tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. We are not the IRS. Results vary; we do not guarantee income or business outcomes. Consult a qualified professional for advice about your specific situation.

Accounts and acceptable use

• Provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure.
• Do not share, resell, or redistribute paid materials, links, or member resources.
• Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt live sessions.
• No unlawful use, fraud or spam, intellectual-property infringement, or security interference (including malware, probing, or scraping).

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations of these terms, without refund where prohibited conduct is involved.

Intellectual property

All content, materials, slides, workbooks, templates, and branding are the property of TaxTyme Pro Solutions and are licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use only.

Purchases and delivery

Prices are shown at checkout and processed at the time of purchase. All products sold on this site are digital products and services, delivered electronically by access link, download, or portal — nothing is shipped. Event dates, times, and links may change; we will notify registered participants of material changes.

Refunds

All sales are final. There are no refunds on any part of the webinar, including digital products, templates, events, or memberships. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Service level and warranties

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance of the website, live sessions, or materials. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaxTyme Pro Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable product or service.
